John & family, I am so sorry for your loss. As I write this, I hear the voices of thr ROTC crew saying, "Louise..." Followed by a funny anecdote. So sorry to learn of Louise's passing. Her many acts of service left an indelible mark on Pitman. Never one to mince words, Mrs. Higgins stood up for who and what she believed was right regardless of personal ramifications. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Higgins family.

Sorry to hear of her passing. She was larger than life and and a force to be reckoned with if needed. Sympathy to her family - many memories to be shared.

Very sorry to hear that Mrs. Higgins had passed away. She was very much a part of my years growing up from about 5 years old until I graduated from PHS. She was always concerned, considerate and passionate about all of us kids that hung around the Higgins household, those many years ago. I especially appreciated her involvement in volunteering for many causes and she cared deeply about the Pitman community. Personally, I have never known anyone that lived in that last house before you get to PHS, other than the Higgins Family. She has been a mainstay of the Pitman Community. Thinking about you Mrs. Higgins, thanks for being a caring mom and involved citizen!
