"Big E" always had a great smile and zest for life..... Whenever we tagged along with Mel, Bruce and family...he always welcomed us..... I have many memories ... Including helping to get the green beans ready for the freezer.... And I was always happy to fill " Big E's" spice order because I know he loved to cook!!!
He leaves an amazing legacy as a Dad, grand dad, husband and friend to so many.... The kids he raised and loved are all wonderful people... And so are the next generation of Epley's. Thank you for giving so much love and happiness to the world.

Ed was a member of the K of D organization since 1999. He was our brother with the second most time in the organization. As much as he loved attending the meetings it was the other brothers who were blessed to call him friend. Ed and I would carpool to the meetings and try to save the world with our conversations. We would talk about our family and racing. The two important things to us. Ed would give me a five gallon bucket of green tomatoes at the end of the growing season. I would send him pickled tomatoes in return. I am adding a photo of the Kof D brothers from a few years ago. Our prayers go out to Charlotte and the family. Rest in Peace brother Ed.

Charoltte....Carol and I wanted to send our condolences to you and your family. Ed was a good friend and a great club
member (1999 - 2022). Loved his humor/jokes at our meetings. Will miss him, a lot! God bless Ed, you and your family.

Ed, thanks for your friendship. We will miss your always pleasant smile and chuckle. And I will keep your “Big E burnt hotdog” tradition going as long as Craig grills them for me. Peace, Steve

Sincere Condolences to Ed's Family. We could not have asked for a better neighbor. Ed was always generous, giving us food and his garden produce. Ed was always happy and had a contagious jolly laugh, which we will miss. We will miss Ed greeting us, standing on his porch getting his mail, standing in his driveway waiting for his ride.
One event that always makes us laugh... we owned an annoying dog that barked and howled like a wolf, when we did not have our dog any longer, Ed asked Judy, "where is your dog?", Judy told him, he is gone. Ed, upon hearing this, had a little 'twinkle' in his eye while trying to refrain from cracking a smile... we almost envisioned Ed breaking out into a gleeful dance.
We will miss Ed's presence,
Judy, Dave, and Kyle Thorsen

My sincere condolences on this tremendous loss of this incredible man who with Charlotte created such amazing children and grandchildren. I recall his big huge smile and his positive attitude…smiling at the New Year’s Day parties in the past …reminding me very much of Bruce.
Love and God Bless Dianne
