We have enjoyed being Bills neighbors for over 15 years. He was always willing to help with anything that we needed. I will miss our “over the fence” conversations. He always had an interesting story to tell. To the Baker family, our deepest condolences. Bill was a great man, and neighbor, and will be truly missed.
