Ralph was a good friend early on, and I remember his mother fondly, too. Though it has been many years, I can still see Ralph's tall, narrow gray house on Grandview -- in the same block as classmates Janice Ullom and Carol Kates, and friends Jane and Clark Morris. Ralph was easy to be with, and I missed seeing him at our 50th reunion last month.
