I have many fond memories of Aunt Doris...the anticipated arrival of her and Uncle Don visiting us - camper in tow. I loved the camper - the stain glass sticker above the stove...no matter how many years passed - I seem to always be fascinated with it...funny looking back now.
The lunchmeat always seem to taste better too (the first day lunch ritual) - how about the tasty cakes? You couldn't buy them in NH - several boxes were always brought. Then there was my crocheted clown - it was lavendar which was my favorite color. 30 years later...my daughter had one as well....along with that came the afghan and the witty poem. Late nights sitting at the table with her, my Nana and my mom - countless games of Pokeno.
Thank you Aunt Doris for being a part of my life...You will be missed.
Peace, Prayers and Blessings -
I love you Uncle Don......

I miss you already Aunt Doris. You and I always had a special connection and deep affection for each other. We were more like mother and daughter than aunt and niece. I'm so glad that we got to spend time and share memories with each other recently of the good times and showing you some the "Barbie" outfits that I have saved that you made me some 45 years ago. You are my angel in heaven and I know you'll continue to watch over me. I'll love your forever. Love, Linda
