Noe was a very nice and funny guy. He was such a proud father of his children. He was also one of the only people that I didn't mind calling me "Galie" I would always recognize his voice in the Pitman parade calling my name. I would look over and he would have a BIG smile on his face. I missed it when I didn't hear him. He always made me smile. He will be surely missed.

I was blessed to know Noe both as a student and as an athlete at Sterling H.S. It is very upsetting to hear of his death as he had a million watt smile and was a joy to be with both in the school and on the football field.
He was a member of a remarkable group of athletes at Sterling. We remeber him with the greatest of fondness.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Darcy, Samantha, Curtis, Devon, Mr & Mrs Nealer, Bunny, Pam, and Martha during this difficult time.
I met Noe in 1973 - and as a small child, always wanted to be on his side during the tug of war during the July 4th celebrations, and was always looking to see what lure he was using (so I could be like him and catch big bass). Fishing won't be the same at Lake Garrison without my friend - and your memory will always be with us.
Love, Alan, Maria, Joseph, Daniel Moshinsky

Noe Nealer and myself became friends when my family bought a small summer cabin at Lake Garrison in the mid 1970's. Noe's warm and outgoing personality had our family feel welcomed at Lake Garrison. A few years ago I bumped in Noe at Kindle School while his children were at the playground. Noe's kids were his life. Noe talked on and on about his kids. My daughter Melanie is in Devon's class and on occasion Devon has visited our house with Melanie. I wish you the best, and pray for comfort during this hard time.
