I worked with Sqt. Kircher at the Gloucester County Jail(night work) we had a lot of good times. He was stubborn but stern and greatly respected by all his coworkers. He will be missed. My condolences to Ed and family.

Sincere condolences to the Kircher Family. Grew up back in the 50's and 60's with Ed and Frank.While working later at CBS He introduced me to a girl named Judy who eventually became my wife.For that, myself,my children and grandson will be eternally thankful.
