I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Sara. I was also a member of the Class of 68. She was our rock, we knew we could depend on her to arrange our reunions. She was a sweet person, always friendly. My prayers are for your family.

Sara, the kindest, sweetest, happiest person I ever knew. Always laughing and smiling, spreading joy everywhere. Helping people. Loving her husband, her children, and her grandchildren. Making a happy home for all. Hold those happy memories close to you. Listen carefully to the echo of her laughter. Goodbye, Sara. I will miss you.

To The Entire Bailey Family,
As long as you remember me,
my memory will live on
My spirit will be there with you
at every breaking dawn
I'll sing to you through birds in spring
and whisper through the trees
I'll bring you gentle comfort with a warm, caressing breeze.
As long as you remember me
my love will fill your heart
and help to ease the sorrow
that you feel while we're apart.
With thoughts of me, perhaps you'll see the wonder of each day, the joy of sunlit afternoons, and nature's grand display.
As long as you remember me, I always will be near to lend you sweet tranquillity as nighttime stars appear. The bond that we have shared will be a link from me to you, to give you hope for brighter days and strength to see you through.
..............................
My prayers go out to all Of you tonight. Sara will be missed by all who knew her. I am so happy that she sent me the reunion booklet, so that I could see how happy everyone was. Sara did that, she was the leader of the pack over 40 years of reunions. I just wish I would have been there. But we'll all see her again, when God brings us all home.
God Bless You All,
Dolores (McKeown) MacGregor

But while we mourn our loss, she is no longer fighting her battle and is smiling at us from heaven. We will all miss her faith, her strength and her courage. I will also miss her as a dedicated fellow librarian.

Dear Dan and Family,
I was sorry to hear about Sara. She has been the glue that has held our class together for forty years. I have been able to attend the eight reunions she has planned along with her committee. We have always had a good time because of Sara’s hard work.
I will not be able to be with you on Thursday or Friday because of work commitments, but will be with you in spirit. All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers in the weeks ahead. Sara will be missed by all of the many people whose lives she touched, but most especially the Class of 1968.

Sara, befreinded me from the time she first started at Pitman BOE. She was a very giving person...she always had the ability to make a person laugh even when they were down. She has left a large space in my life..my memories of her will be alive in my heart. I can only hope that my knowing Sara has taught me something on how to face life's problems with the strength the good Lord gives me and to treat my fellow person with kindness.
