It is with sadness that our little community has learned of the passing of one of our former residents, George McCarty. Although it has been many years since the McCarty's lived here, those left remember them as wonderful and caring neighbors.
One of George's special projects was creating our fountain island. It is still working and it is so peaceful hearing the water and seeing it's glint in the Florida sun. We all thank George for adding his special touch to Riverbend.
We extend our sympathy and prayers to Grace and the entire McCarty family.
