Obituary of Robin T. Brelsford

Robin T. Brelsford nee Thrall passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, June 1, 2024 with her family by her side. Born in Arlington, VA, she was raised in Virginia graduating from Springfield High School in 1978. After high school Robin graduated from Davis and Elkins College in 1982, her education did not end there, Robin would go on to get her Master's in Environmental Education and Conservation from Rowan University. Robin worked at Rowan most of her life retiring as the Office Manager for Student Affairs. Robin's favorite passion was raising seeing eye dogs, she and her Husband George founded Forward to Freedom at the University and she was also a member of Gloucester County 4H Club's Pawsitive Impact. They are currently raising and training their 17th seeing eye dog. Robin was also very passionate about nature, enjoying hiking and bird watching. She loved and adored animals. She is predeceased by her parents Charles and Helen Thrall. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years George W. Brelsford, III, her three beloved children, Todd(Angelique) Brelsford, Kelly(Brendan) Hayden and Cory(Kristina) Brelsford, her loving grandchildren Asher and Simon Hayden, Adeline and Everett Brelsford She is also survived by her sister Linda(Patrick) Gale Walters, brother Gregg(Marsha) Thrall and nieces Katie Albo and Cindy Arnn. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
