Sorry to see this. Alan was one of the Cyrus/Colonial friends from our childhood--fond memories.
Later going to Nights in Venice and contact on FB. Through his sad times, he stayed upbeat and
had his smile--always kind. May his daughter Jillian see and hear of the good memories to help
her through this time.

Alan, what can I say, you were Mother AL. Not sure where that came from, however that's a name that will live forever in infamy. I loved your family so much. They were so welcoming and Aud was the best. And that's how I remember you as your mom's up beat persona and your dad's great smile. RIP buddy you'll be missed by many. You left a little bit of you in all us. God bless Neppy

I will never forget the day I dislocated my knee in gym class. The boys gym class shared the gym with the girls. I was laying on the floor in pain and Alan came over and sat with me until the ambulance showed up. It was such a caring gesture!!!!
That showed me the person he was...... a kind soul. RIP Alan

I remember my family and I going to visit Alan in Crystal River with Leslee and Roger. Alan took us out on his boat for an absolutely wonderful day; Alan was so happy and in his element on that boat, grinning from ear to ear. Later Alan, my husband Alan and Roger put on monkey masks and coconut bras and did a dance for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday. Such a fond memory of Alan's wonderful spirit.
My heartfelt love and sympathy go out to the family and loved ones. He will be missed.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Alan’s passing. I’m glad I got to see him at our last class reunion. He has been through a storm but always remained positive. I will always remember our friendship from elementary through high school. Prayers for Jillian, Leslee and Dave.

Lots of great memories with Alan growing up. I remember driving in his Jeep in the Pine Barrens in NJ. We both played football together on Pitman’s football team. Lot of great memories.
