Dave and I were involved in Explorers Post 118, and had many great trips throughout High School. He was a good, decent, intelligent person, and fun to be around. Last I saw him was at our 30 year reunion, and he looked great. He will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. David was a good man and a friend to me going through school. Class of 86 will miss him dearly. I pray his family finds peace and strength in this time of sorrow.

David was our neighbor in East Coventry Twp.
He was always outside, shared vegetables from his garden along with fresh eggs from his chickens.
Always ready to give a lending hand. Our sincere condolences to Holly and the girls, along with his family.

Dave used to pick me up and drive me to school our Senior year of High School. He had an old car with a column gearshift I thought was so cool. It was great to see him at our last class reunion. Rest in Peace Dave. God Bless.....

I've known Dave for what seems like forever. We were not besties or anything like that, but he was always nice to me, and for one of the odd kids in school, that meant a lot. I will miss his random messages when we would get to catch up. He was a really good man and he will be missed in the Class of '86, but always remembered.
To his wife, daughters, sisters and family, know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Chew family. David was much older than me and I didn’t grow up around him, but I was always fond of him. I remember him seeing me on the sidewalk in Vegas and I was thrilled to see it was just my cousin teasing me before my wedding. I will also always remember taking a trip out to the house and him introducing me to the chickens.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I will miss his wry sense of humor and off beat way of viewing the world. Dave was truly one of a kind. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
