In remembrance of the deeply intelligent and profoundly analytical Hildegard, whose kindness and loving courage were ceaseless. Her unwavering authenticity was a beacon to those around her, shining brightly alongside her firm conviction in faith. The tenderness with which she cared for Pop in illness was unparalleled—now they shall share eternal rest together. May our collective memory of Hilda hold only love and admiration.
Hikda was a very sweet lady. She was one of a kind! Being her visiting teacher for a while gave me time to get to know her. She was passionate in all kinds of subjects. The last time I saw her was in March 2020, just before covid hit. We went to dinner together and had a wonderful time. I was in NJ from my home in south central PA for a doctor appointment. That was the last time I got to catch up with her. I will greatly miss her.
RIP Hilda, til we meet again.
