Obituary of Rosa S. Spinella

Rosa S. Spinella (Scaffidi), age 89, died on May 5, 2023. Born in Sicily, Italy, Rosa came to the United States in 1949 with her husband Vincent. They lived in Vineland before moving to Glassboro where she lived 58 years. Rosa worked as a seamstress for David Stevens in Blackwood for many years. She was a member of St. Bridget's Church and St. Anthony's Ladies Auxiliary. Predeceased by her husband Vincent. Survived by her children Sarah (John) Pirri, Anthony, brother Cono Scaffidi, grandchildren Rose (Michael) Klotz, Nicholas (Shannon) Pirri, Cristina (Domenic) Mazza, and great grandchildren Julia and Jemma Klotz, Gianna and Jackson Pirri. Friends may greet the family 9am-10:30am on Thursday in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral mass will be at 11am in St. Peter & Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Road, Turnersville, NJ. Interment St. Bridget's Cemetery.
