Frank was a good friend, neighbor, and fellow firefighter. He lived just down the street from Highland and was like an honorary member. He was always the 1st member of Patrol to sign up to help when Carnival rolled around every Labor Day. He will be missed throughout Pitman.

I will always cherish my memories of us growing up as kids, good times at the fire house and the annual 4th of July pool parties. It was always a comfort to me knowing that my Dad could always count on you if he needed something. I will truly miss our phone calls catching up with one another.
May you rest in peace.
Until we meet again,
Your cousin Chuck

Frank was a good friend and classmate since the 7th grade at Elwood Kindle School. When we graduated from high school, Frank went to work for Mobil Oil in Paulsboro, coincidentally for my dad. My dad thought highly of Frank. He told me that he was a hard working and personable individual.
In the class picture, Frank is the smile in the first row.

My first memories of Frank are when he would bring Nicole to visit his Uncle Elmer (who lived in Frank’s home before Frank). Nicole was not even 2 and we use to call her “Penny” instead of Nikki! He was such a great guy and an awesome Dad! After his Uncle Elmer passed away, Frank and Franny moved in with their family. They were wonderful neighbors! They shared their in-ground pool with all the neighbors! We are so sorry for your family’s loss, but Frank will live on through his girls and grandchildren. He is now with his wife and I am sure there is a lot of catching up to do! Rest in peace Frank.
Love, Kim “Haegele” Powell

Poppop always had jokes and stories to tell. He was a phenomenal story teller and could make one feel as if they were there when it happened. He was the definition of a family man. That aspect of him never failed to shine through his actions. He had a strong proclivity to care for and help others. His legacy will live on through his kin and so forth.
