Ruth Charlotte and Jimmy lived in the apartment above ours on Wesley Avenue and became like family to us. When we moved, my sister and I cried when we realized they weren’t moving with us.
Ruth Charlotte was THE BEST cookie baker!! Her peanut butter cookies are legendary.
She had a wonderful laugh.
