One of the joys in life is to know good people. You knew right away that Bill and Kris were the good team. Bill has left a legacy of helping. He reached out to help family, friends and community. His list of service is amazing. May wonderful memories allow Kris, family and friends to smile; and for many of us to reach out and help in honor of Bill. Many prayers for everyone. Bill and Kris Stanwood made a terrific team of kind and compassionate leaders in our Woodstown-Pilesgrove school district for a long time and they both made me feel so welcome there when I started teaching at WHS in 1987. They have continued to be two people that Claudia and I are always happy to see! We will miss Bill with so many others and we share our love and gratitude with Kris and family.

Rest in peace Mr. Stanwood. Bill defined the term class act and was such an honorable gentleman. I cannot begin to say how many looked up to Mr. Stanwood. We are so very sorry to hear about his passing and hopefully Mrs. Stanwood and family can take solace in knowing how many are thinking of them.
