My heart is broken to have lost Aunt Angie. She was there for everything we did. Enjoyed many a summer at the cabin and even met my husband in Speculator while staying with her. She was the absolute best. There won’t ever be another like her. I miss her terribly. I adored her so. Love to the family, what a loss this is. I can still hear her amazing laugh. Love you Aunt Angie. You’re forever in my heart.

To the family of Angie ~I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Angie’s sudden passing. Fortunately, I had a very nice conversation with Angie in early December. We talked about how she planned to stop by to see Bob and I as she made her way to Virginia. She and Connie did however, visit us in Vermont several years ago. Angie and I go way back, camping with my family in the 70s and crazy, fun times cheering on our beloved Broadstreet Bullies, Phillies and Eagles. She was a die-hard, loyal fan! Angie was loved and respected by all who knew her as she was a kind & gentle soul. A highlight for our family was when Angie nominated our son, Sean for the Gloucester County Sports Hall of Fame. I think Angie was as proud and excited as we were! We send our deepest condolences to Angie’s family as they grieve their loss of this very special and beautiful lady. Angie will be missed by the many lives she has touched. R.I.P. Angie. XOXO
Warmly,
Bob & Cindy Kern

I could always count on Ang to be there when I needed her without any reservations. She had a group of friends who will miss her great personality and wisdom. Angie - such an intelligent woman! She has been a friend of mine since I first met her in 1969. Angie was the most professional educator and coach that I have ever known. She was dear to me for many reasons - her willingness to listen without being judgmental, her insightful comments, her wonderful sense of humor, and her steadfast determination to act always in the best interests of her students and players. I miss her very much.

I will remember Angela, whom I called Sis. She lived next-door to me in Glen Ridge as we were growing up. She was quite an athlete. I remember teaming up with the boy across the street, Casey Carberry, to play 2 on 2 basketball with Sos and Casey’s sister, Metta. The girls were superior athletes and beat us for years until we finally grew into our full size. She was a wonderful competitor. She was also a wonderful friend and we had many nice talks together.

Thank you for all you did for Toby, especially while she was in the hospital. It really was such a gift that someone loved Toby when she couldn’t. Thank you also for taking Toby. She’s in heaven so happy. You’re wonderful, hope to meet you at the service April 2.

Angela was a true, true friend for over 50 years and I am going to miss her tremendously. We had done so many things together and I am honored to have had her as my friend. I can describe her as a truly honest person, always doing the right thing, no matter the circumstances. I know her family was so important to her and she was so proud of them. Angela will be missed by all of her buddies, it will not be the same without her. I will root for the Phillies for you, Ang. Love, Tig
