Sending our deepest sympathies to Mike and all the Versak family. We are so grateful for all of the special times that we were privileged to spend with Ro, Mike & your amazing family. Ro's warmth, sense of fun, and welcoming heart infuses all our memories of her. Especially when we were invited to perform New Orleans music at her Birthday Party in Philadelphia, in 2019. She was in her glory with all of her family around her, singing, dancing and strutting in Mummers style. We received a beautiful card from Ro and Mike afterwards that we treasure, that has been hanging on the wall ever since. Among Ro's kind and loving note, I especially loved her inspiring words; "Don't ever lose your zest for life!" The Versak family is uniquely special. All the love, the generosity of spirit and heart, the warmth... Ro beamed all of those things beautifully, with joy. She lives on in all of us who love her. Nini and I are so very sorry to hear of Ro's passing. She was such a wonderful person whose positive presence could be felt when you were around her. I first saw Ro on the tv show American Bandstand in the early to mid 1960s, roughly 30 years before I actually met her. I was living in Alexandria Virginia at the time. She was sitting next to Dick Clark and when he asked her what her name was, she said "Mary South Philly". Even through the tv you could feel her radiant personality and great sense of humor. I had a wonderful job working with Ro at the Federal Reserve Bank where she continuously demonstrated her technical, managerial, and creative skills. I last saw Ro in 2014 at my retirement, but continued contact through Facebook where she would always post wonderful photos of her family. My wife, Nini, subsequently became friends with Ro through Facebook, where they continued to post comments on each others family posts. To Ro's family, please accept our sincere condolences for your devastating loss. To Ro, Rest In Peace my friend.

Oh I'm so very sorry to hear about Rose's passing what a beautiful person, I met her at Beachcomber she lived a few trailers away from my sister I loved her golf cart bright green with eye lashes always made me smile when I saw her & Mike driving around, I was sad when they sold but I was happy to have met them and chatted from time to time, I will keep the family in my prayers.
