I was sorry to see that Mr Posey had passed. He was instrumental in helping myself and a group of my co-workers back in the late 70’s. We were owed back wages from a prevailing rate job with a local construction company. Mr. Posey helped to organize us, supported us in court, and spoke with the judge on the case to be sure we were treated fairly. As a result, we all received the $ that was owed to us.
