Obituary of Marion Wilma White

Marion W. White 1935-2021 Marion W. White (nee Holloway) of Travelers Rest, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 21, at the Upstate Community Hospice House in Landrum, SC; she was 86. Born in Vineland, NJ on November 4, 1935; daughter of the late Charles and Ethel (nee Crane) Holloway. Marion was a communicant of St. James Lutheran Church, Pitman, NJ. She worked over 30 years with her husband at Grubb and White located in Philadelphia, PA. Marion and her husband enjoyed many years at their shore house in Delaware. She was a long time resident of Glassboro, NJ before moving to the Carolinas in 2017. Beloved wife of the late Walter H. "Woody" White. Devoted mother of son, Walter C. White (Jan) of Fayetteville, GA; daughter, Cynthia W. Benzon (Eric) of Landrum, SC. Grandmother to Stephen Benzon, (fiancee, Christina Yatron); Michelle Albert (Kevin); Carolyn Benzon and Jennifer Williams (Jared). Great Grandchildren include Devon & Olivia Albert, and Sawyer Williams. She was predeceased by her sister, Dorothea E. Holzhauer. Friends may greet the family, Monday from 10-10:45am in St. James Lutheran Church, 400 Columbia Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
