I remember Eddie as a soft-spoken man, patient, wise and kind, and slow to anger. I never heard him raise his voice. I enjoyed bowling on a team with him many years ago, helping him dig a fish pond in the back yard and visiting the Turf Club with him on occasion. Eddie took over my daily 50 mile paper route 30 years ago for an entire week so that Dottie and I could take a vacation. That was asking a lot of him, but he quickly accepted. He worked two jobs for as long as I knew him before he retired. He was a good man who always treated his wife and daughters well. And he provided the love of my life to me, his daughter Dottie. I will miss you Eddie. No running in the halls!! Love Bill
