I worked with Joe years ago when we were in our teens at Atlantic Thrift Center in Deptford. We hung out a lot and alwyas talked about cars. Once we both left we kind of lost contact after I joined the service. Sorry we never connected. Always wanted to.

Our sincerest sympathy and prayers to Joyce, Jennifer and the entire family. Joe was a proud grandfather and talked about the grand kids all the time. As a police police officer, he was one of the best and will always be "A Cop's Cop." Joe understood the role and was a model for all police officers. As a college professor, he was able to explain the essence of professionalism in a way that the students will always remember. God Bless You, Joe. Florence and Chalie Kocher

Joe was my first partner while serving with Camden Police. We worked in the foot patrol unit under the Safe Streets Act. We had some good times and some bad times walking the streets. But we always did our job to protect and serve the community where we were assigned. We had each other’s back, which allowed us to come home to our family after our shift.
I was Joe’s best man when he married Joyce and Joe was my daughters godfather. It seemed our families were inseparable, with Joe and Joyce always at my house, going out or just hanging out somewhere.
Thank you Joe for being my partner and my friend. I wish I could’ve has seen you prior to your passing, but I know we will meet again. Maybe we can do some foot patrol again when we meet.
My condolences to the family and especially to Joyce.
Robert “Zibby” Zbikowski
