Mrs Gal meant the world to me. She never turned me away when I needed her. I could sit with her all night and do a puzzle without saying a word. She never made me feel uncomfortable as she welcomed me into her heart, family and home. She had a plate of food ready for me anytime i walked in for dinner (Everyday of my life)
She made sure there was candy in the dish and the front door was never locked. As a small child you all made me feel as close to the Barrett family as you all are.
I looked forward spending time with aunt El and her kids and grandkids. Trips to the casino and fixing my car when i broke down at 3 o'clock in the morning.
Mr. Gal's family treated me the same way she did as they accepted me as their brother and them mine.
I really don't think i would be here if it wasn't for all of you, you gave me strength.
I am proud to have lived being raised by people that honor our country and our strong enough to persevere through any struggle life hands us. I am proud to be a part of her life.
Ill think about you all the time, I love you Mrs. Gal
