Always Uncle George to me and a rare breed of human who was so consistently kind, creative, and generous of spirit. He made many lives richer, including my own.

George was always a Mentor to me, and treasured his friendship all the years I knew him. We served on Trustees in the old Church together for at least two terms maybe three. Also thru Masonic Lodge in Pitman and had many good times. He always had Christ First in Thoughts and Deeds. GOD BLESS the family in your loss. I'm sure Gwen is glad to be together again thru eternity.

Jenn & Jeremy,
I'll never forget the day I became a Stephen Minister. Mr. Black told me how proud Gwen would have been. She had already passed. It brought tears to my eyes because he didn't have to say that. He was interested our butterflies. It just shows how sweet and caring he was. I will always miss him.

To Mr Black's daughters,
Your Dad was the best! I am so grateful to have known him. Kind, funny and witty. Please accept my cyberhugs.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Black's passing. I have fond memories of my family and I spending the summers at Lake Kandle with the Black family. He and my father Earl liked throwing horseshoes together. I, as i'm sure countless other people, had great respect for him. He will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathies to his family.
