Joan Elizabeth Townsend (nee Kandle), age 73, of Pitman, NJ died on May 16, 2019. Joan was a seamstress for Glassboro Shirt Factory. She was predeceased by her husbands Thomas W. Morgan and Fred Townsend. Survived by her children Lisa A. (William) Brown, Thomas W. Morgan Jr., grandchildren Stephanie Brown, William Brown Jr., brothers George (Margaret) Kandle, Paul Kandle, 3 step children, 3 step grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday after 9:30am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Manahath Cemetery.
