I am so sorry on the loss of your dear Joseph. Please accept my deepest condolences. It is never an easy thing when we lose someone so close to our hearts. Fortunately we have the holy scriptures to guide us through. At Psalms 34:17 & 18 we are reminded that God saves those who are crushed in spirit, and he wants to comfort those who mourn. May nothing separate you from your precious memories of Mr. Razze, and I pray you find love and support through family and friends in this difficult time.

The two years I worked for Chief Razze were some of the best of my law enforcement career. He made me feel like family rather then an employee. Joe and Jackie made me feel welcome at their home.
I remember the days of us working in that drafty old municipal building that had snow on the window sills on the inside. On day work the Chief would bring in a box of hot and fresh sticky bun pull aparts. He always had a smile and truely cared about the members of the department and the residents of Elk Township. Joe loved his family. I’m sorry to say I’m unable to make it to the services. Rest In Peace Chief. My condolences to Jackie and family.

Dear Jackie & family,
Our deepest sympathy is with you all in the loss of your beloved Joe. We had so many good times traveling with you especially at the police conventions & have so many wonderful memories. We loved hearing about your pranks on each other...they were always such creative hoots. Joe always brought donuts & tea to the muffler shop in his retirement & took time to catch up things. He will be greatly missed.
