While I was out shooting photos of flowers on May 25, 2016, I saw Mrs. Brown walking the children across the street on her corner ... over and over again ... interacting with "her kids" while keeping them safe. That's when I captured a beauty not found in the flowers. I found a lovely woman, caring for our children. No photo could do her justice. I tried. The photo shown here makes me smile ... and cry. I'm glad I captured it. I truly saved the best flower for the end of my trip.
