Being part of the law enforcement community I have known Jack for many years. Although Jack and I did not see each other often my fond memories are of Jack's cheerful greeting when we did see each other. I will also remember Jack's love of the police canines, especially of my canine, Han's. Hans knew jack so well they always greeted each other personally when working or not. I will always see Jack as one of the "good guys." When I first arrived in Pitman, as the newest clergy person in town, he took me under his wing, looked out for me, and made me feel significant. He told me things I needed to know. I respected him deeply. When I ran into him at the Post Office some years back he said, "Dan, as I look ahead, when my time comes, I'd like for you to officiate at my service." I am honored to fulfill his request. Rest well, my friend.
