Dearest Debbie & Family, My very deepest and heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your precious Dad, George. What a wonderful man he was! I remember him and your beautiful mom from Pitman as I was growing up so many years ago. My mom and your parents were such good friends. George and Pearl were such great people and did so much for Pitman. I am so deeply sorry for your heartbreak right now. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Cherish all your precious memories of your precious dad and mom as well. God bless all of you!
With deepest sympathy,
Beverly Linn Guy

I was honored to serve veterans and their families as Warren County American Legion Commander during Department Commander George W. Diem's term, this was the Diamond Anniversary of The American Legion 1919-1994. George contributed very much to the causes of veterans and to the comradeship of legionnaires and the auxiliaries. We all enjoyed George and Pearl's visits to Warren County and regret his passing. On behalf of Warren County I express our deepest sympathy to his Family and Friends.

My uncle George was such a great man I don't know where to start...
I never heard him utter a bad word about anyone...I never heard him swear...yet he was a hero who fought for this great country he loved so much...
Speaking of love, there is no greater love story than that of him and My Aunt Pearl. Theirs was one of the strongest bonds of love I have ever witnessed..
Godspeed Uncle George, you will always be in our hearts...
