On Behalf of the Public Works Association of New Jersey, I want to send our condolences to you and your family, Harry will be sadly missed. Harry was a well-respected man in our organization and helped build and pave the road to what we are today. I am grateful I had the pleasure knowing him, I will surly miss his stories and knowledge he gave us. He will always be remember in our organization.
