We were saddened to learn of Frank’s death and our sincere condolences and prayers for comfort go out to Marge and to Steve, Mark and Barbara and their families. Frank was a good friend and neighbor for over half a century. In his own special way he displayed his warm and caring heart, always looking out and caring for his neighbors. He will be missed.
