Dear Jeannie, Charlie, sons, and those who loved Gladys Gladys and I worked together at American Water and it didn't take me long to realize what a kind, loving person she was. I always knew what to expect from Gladys and also knew that if I asked a question I would always get an honest, thoughtful response. Unique, yes, she was. An original, yes she was. I mourn her loss with you and will always remember her with great fondness. My sincere sympathy on the loss of your wonderful mother, sister, friend. If there is truly a heaven (and I believe there is) I know Gladys is up there looking down at all those she loved. My sincere and deepest condolences during this difficult time. Jane
