Obituary of Frank W. Cavender

Frank W. Cavender, Jr., age 86, of Deptford and formerly of Glassboro died July 13, 2015. Frank served in the US Navy during the Korean War and later in the US Army in the Vietnam War. He retired from the Army as Lieutenant Colonel. Frank received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Bridgeport and his Master's Degree from Penn State. He served as Guidance Counselor for Pitman High School, retiring in 1992. Among his many interests, Frank was a member of the Cherry Hill Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Bonnie J. (nee Campbell) and their children James, Steven, Scott, Amme and Beth as well as 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his children Shelli and Frank III. Friends may greet the family on Friday after 9:30am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071.
